US wealth management solutions provider Osaic is boosting its institutional channel by a new partnershiup with Iowa State Bank.
ISB is joining the firm from Sorrento Pacific Financial, Osaic said in a statement. The bank oversees $450 million in assets across five banking locations. ISB Investment Services, Iowa State Bank’s investment services division, has $70 million under management and will convert to the Osaic Institutions platform.
The bank wants to expand the number of its full-time advisors and boost AuM.
“Osaic Institution’s technology, which was built from scratch based on the needs of financial institution advisors and program managers, was the key driver in our decision,” Karen Serangeli, vice president of Iowa State Bank and program manager for ISB Investment Services, said.
Osaic works with more than 230 institutions in the US.
